Notice Period: Immediate to 4 weeks

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years experience in business analysis and data analysis
  • 1+ years’ project support and testing experience would be an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
  • Skilled in data management, using server-based databases, analyzing large data sets using the SQL platform
  • Experience in data management activities including, but not limited to data sampling and profiling, data cleansing and transformation, data quality assurance, and data auditing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management ability
  • Strong team focus and demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a large corporate environment, preferably with an Insurance background

Compliance, Regulations, Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and Legislation:

  • Responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all regulatory legislative; internal policies and procedures associated with the activities of their position
  • Supporting the business with managing compliance obligations in accordance with the PHI compliance framework and operating procedures.
  • Have a clear understanding of processes, systems, and people within their business area that are subject to compliance requirements.
  • Responsible for identifying changes to their business area and communicating these to management and compliance
